For many people when they hear about Japanese food, the immediate picture comes to mind is raw fish.  That is an incorrect perception.  Raw fish is only a part of the food served on a Japanese dinning table.  More are actually cooked.  At Mootone we will demonstrate to you a large selection of cooked Japanese dishes.  The menu at Mootone can be separated into three categories.  The first is called Teppanyaki which are cooked on a grill table right in front of diners, as seen in Japanese steak houses.  The Teppanyaki chef will entertain you with his skillful plays of the cooking wares.  It is a very enjoyable dinning experience. The second group of food is from kitchen and is all cooked.  These delicious and delicate dishes are excellent for people who prefer a fine dining setting.  The third group is sushi, which itself can be divided into two subgroups, cooked and raw, which include many house specialties that are available to suit various tastes of sophisticated sushi eaters.
